We are looking for a receptionist for our DAY/EVENING TEAM at our hotel at Kalvebod Brygge, CABINN Copenhagen.
The possition is 37 hours / 4-5 shifts pr week - included every second weekend, - with start date as soon as possible - and end date 31.12.2026
CABINN Copenhagen is the largest hotel in Scandinavia with 1202 rooms and mini Apartments.
At CABINN, we focus on good hospitality and the family feeling - here we are on a par with each other and with our guests, which is apparent through the entire organization.
The reception is the heart of the hotel, and as a receptionist you act as a liaison between the departments. Here your most important task is to ensure that guests have the best stay with us – this can be in connection with an overnight stay, a meeting, or an event. Your other tasks revolve around servicing our guests; check-in and check-out, booking of rooms, answering the telephone, café sales, receiving conference guests, guest correspondence, and cooperation with the other departments.
Who are you?
You have experience from an other reception or service job.
A colleague who is a little out of the ordinary – you must be efficient, have a twinkle in your eye and love being at the hotel hub.
You enjoy working with people and can work alone and in a team.
A colleague who takes ownership of the tasks and follows them through.
You speak and write English (preferably also some Danish)
You must have danish CPR and Bank account.

MHPSS in migration, displacement and emergency settings
Are you an experienced Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS) professional with a passion for advancing evidence-based MHPSS practice in humanitarian settings? Danish Red Cross (DRC) is looking for a Global MHPSS Advisor to provide technical expertise, capacity development, and quality assurance to the Red Cross Red Crescent National Societies (RCRC NSs) delivering MHPSS interventions in migration, displacement and emergency settings.
About the position and the assignments
You will be based at the Danish Red Cross HQ in Copenhagen and will be part of the Health Team in the Technical Quality and Impact Unit of the International Department. The Health Team comprises technical advisors within health and mental health and psychosocial support, and it ensures that the requisite capacities are in place to provide timely and relevant assistance and advice to DRC-supported programmes and operations.
As a member of the Health Team, you will be working under the line management of the Health Team Lead and will also work closely with other colleagues at the DRC HQ and Regional and Country Offices (COs), as well as with NSs staff and volunteers, predominately in Africa and MENA regions. You will also collaborate with the colleagues from the International Federation of the Red Cross Red Crescent (IFRC) and the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC). The position does not have programme management responsibilities but supports programmes through technical accompaniment, mentoring, and quality assurance.

Your profile
We are looking for an experienced MHPSS professional with at least five years with humanitarian and development organisations. You hold a master's degree, or equivalent experience, in MHPSS, social sciences, or another relevant field. You have sound technical and strategy advisory skills within MHPSS in migration, displacement and emergency settings. You have proven experience developing and adapting technical guidance, tools and training materials, as well as designing and facilitating capacity-development initiatives for staff and volunteers of partner organisations.
You have experience supporting assessments, technical reviews, evaluations, and the development of quality assurance processes for MHPSS interventions. You are an excellent facilitator and communicator with strong interpersonal and cross-cultural skills. You work collaboratively, are well organised, and are able to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines. You are willing and able to undertake field missions, including emergency deployments, with travel of up to four months per year. Professional working proficiency in both English and French is required. Experience of working for the International RCRC Movement is considered an asset.

Salary and employment conditions are in accordance with Danish Red Cross’s collective bargaining agreement with HK and AC, depending on experience and qualifications. The position is based at the Danish Red Cross headquarters in Copenhagen, and the salary package does not include reallocation to Denmark, family or housing allowances.
