Om Nørre Gymnasium
Nørre Gymnasium er et stort udviklingsorienteret gymnasium beliggende i Brønshøj i København med cirka 1250 elever og 130 ansatte. Vi udbyder stx samt den engelsksprogede IB-uddannelse.
Vores strategi og vision er, at vi ønsker at uddanne unge mennesker til at møde fremtiden med håb og handling gennem faglig begejstring, kreative tilgange, fællesskaber og handlekompetence.
Vi stræber efter at tilbyde stærkt profilerede studieretninger inden for såvel de naturvidenskabelige, samfundsfaglige, sproglige som de musisk-kreative områder. Nørre Gymnasium er også Unesco Partnerskabsskole, og vi arbejder særligt med verdens udfordringer, bæredygtighed, ligestilling og inklusion. I de kommende år vil vi især have fokus på implementering af vores nye strategi samt udvikling hen mod den kommende EPX-reform i 2030.
Nørre Gymnasium har en decentraliseret projektorganisation, hvor princippet er, at mange beslutninger træffes så tæt som muligt på dem, beslutningerne vedrører. Den enkelte lærer og teamet/teamlederen omkring en klasse har derfor stort selvstændigt ansvar og råderum.

Zoku provides a home for business travelers who want to live in a city for between a few days and a few months. We’re a new type of business hotel offering a relaxed place to live, co-work and socialize – while wiring residents into the local scene. As a Sidekick, you'll be the go-to person, connector and problem solver for our residents. Although no day looks quite the same in this role, you can find yourself doing anything from welcoming visitors, helping residents check in and out, all the way to showing off your barista skills at our Kindred Spirits rooftop bar.
You'll need to love sharing advice, looking after people and building a nest for our residents – while always striving to provide service in better and more creative ways.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
No day looks the same as a Sidekick… but here’s a glimpse of what you can expect:
A friendly first impression: As the first person our guests run into, you'll be responsible for taking care of our residents, checking them in and out and answering any of their questions.
Master of the Bar: At the bar, you’ll be both a barista as well as a beer master, preparing all drinks and serving people while acting as a social connector among residents, guests and members.
Bring people together with food: As the chef’s right hand, you’re helping him or her with running breakfast, lunch or dinner smoothly while welcoming, assisting and socializing with anyone grabbing a bite in our Living Kitchen.
Building community: You'll help welcome all guests coming in for their meeting or for coworking. You'll help create a special experience for them, setting up the space as well as providing them with service during the day.
WHEN YOU'LL BE ON
You’ll work independently across different departments, with both morning and afternoon/evening shifts. A standard shift is 8 hours with a 30 minute meal break. Your responsibilities and hours may vary.
Morning Shift (AM Shift): 07:00 to 15:00 (+/- 1 hour)
Afternoon/Evening Shift (PM Shift): 15:00 to 23:00 (+/- 1 hour)

A FEW MUST HAVES
You have worked in hospitality or in a similar customer-facing industry.
You are fluent in English - Danish and any other languages are a big plus!
You are an EU resident or have a valid working and living permit to work in Denmark.
You have a CPR-number / tax number and a Danish bank account.
You are flexible, as there are no fixed working days / hours and enjoy working both week days and weekends.
You are available to work full-time (37 hours per week).

As our Steward, you’ll be the driving force behind a clean, organized, and efficient Living Kitchen. You’ll make sure our chefs can focus on what they do best by keeping the back of house in top shape, handling dishes with care, and supporting smooth operations during every service.
As our Steward, you’re the backbone of our Living Kitchen. You’ll make sure that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes by keeping the kitchen (both front and back of house) spotless, organized, and in line with HACCP regulations. You’ll handle all dishwashing, deep cleaning, and incoming deliveries — ensuring that our chefs can shine and our guests always enjoy a clean and welcoming environment.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Keep things shiny: You'll follow the deep cleaning schedule, ensuring that our Living Kitchen looks spotless at all times.
Delivery and waste hero: You'll be responsible for handling incoming deliveries of goods from suppliers, making sure everything is stored properly, and ensure correct waste separation to keep operations running smoothly and sustainable.
Be the right hand: You'll lend a hand to the chefs with prepping, cutting and cooking for all of our different services, be it breakfast, lunch or dinner during busy moments.
Live the brand: You’ll uphold Zoku’s Brand Service Standards in the Living Kitchen, ensuring every area — visible or behind the scenes — reflects our values of quality, care, and community.
