Job description
Nordic RCC seeks a skilled and experienced Project Manager to drive an IT project with many internal and external stakeholders, several deliverables and milestones, delivered within agreed go-live dates.
You will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the project as scoping, planning, execution and delivery. Working closely together with a big global vendor and senior stakeholders across Nordic RCC, you will ensure seamless collaboration and a transparent strong approach to project management.
You will guide the project team incl. project managers through strong project risk management and planning, dependencies to other projects, financial control, stakeholder alignment, and progress monitoring in close collaboration with the internal and external Steercos, ensuring alignment with Nordic RCC’s goals.
Your primary tasks and areas of responsibility:
Facilitate a strong collaboration and communication among program/project stakeholders from the different departments in the organization, the vendor's project organisation and the internal/external Steercos
In control of budget, forecast and monthly financial updates, incl. alignment with financial milestones from vendor
In control of project scope, resource needs according to project plan, manage project risks continuously through the project lifetime in close collaboration with vendor, internal project managers and the Steercos
In control of develop, coordinate, communicate and execute project plans with clear milestones and deadlines, ensuring to deliver all milestones on time in close collaboration with both vendor and Nordic RCC
Monitor program/project progress, assess performance, and report outcomes to key stakeholders/Steercos by monthly meetings and reporting to Leadership team in Nordic RCC
Lead a strong transition from each go-live to operational phase, ensuring an organized handover to line organization for the different deliverables
Use best practices and processes, e.g. Stage Gate Model, Governance model, Resource management, Project Risk Management etc. to provide the optimal guidance to cross-functional project teams throughout the project lifecycle with focus on balancing quality, efficiency, deliver on time and financials
Required skills and experience
The ideal candidate holds a BA or MA in IT with strong project or program management experience working with software development in an IT project in collaboration with a big global vendor.
Key skills include:
Strong drive and passion for project management, ensuring the project teams deliver on time in expected quality/scope and in control of finance
Strong organizational, planning and time management skills
Proven track record in managing senior stakeholder expectations and leading cross-functional teams in collaboration with an IT vendor
Experience in communicating both big-picture objectives and project details, ensuring all project managers/team members understand their roles and contributions
Demonstrated ability to identify challenges early and proactively drive deliverables in collaboration with vendor and project teams
At least 10 years of relevant experience in IT project management with a global vendor
Relevant project management certificates and e.g., relevant change management certificates
Full professional proficiency in English

Responsibilities:
As the HR Manager at Nordic RCC, you will get a broad role that spans from strategic HR responsibilities to more hands-on tasks. Your job will include:
Overall responsibility for the professional management, quality, development and compliance of the HR area
Leading the organisational development and initiatives, and nurturing the organisational culture
Promoting employee satisfaction, motivation and development
Leading an active approach to Diversity, Equality & Inclusion (DEI)
Offering CEO advice on organisational development and HR issues in general
Providing HR sparring and support to the Extended Leadership Team
Establish, drive, and develop HR policies and processes

You will report to the COO and be part of our Strategy & Company Functions (SCF) team which covers Finance, HR, Legal, support to the CEO and the Board of Directors, Strategy, Communications and Office Management. In the HR area, we will have you, an HR Operations Manager, an HR Consultant and a Training Manager − as well as several of our SCF colleagues who support specific areas within HR like payroll, onboarding and cross-organisational projects. It will be your responsibility to coordinate the work of your colleagues working with HR tasks.
Requirements:
From your previous jobs as an HR professional, you have gained solid experience in multiple aspects across the HR area, including HR Business Partnering for top management. Your educational background is most likely within Human Resource Management, organisational development or leadership development.
