Om rollen
Som projektleder får du ansvar for at drive energiprojekter på tværs af kommunens ejendomsportefølje. Du skal både kunne håndtere det strategiske overblik og de praktiske opgaver i projektledelsen fra planlægning og økonomi til udbud, koordinering og implementering.
Indsatsen har stor betydning for kommunens mål inden for energibesparelse, CO₂-reduktion og fremtidssikring af bygninger.
Dine ansvarsområder bliver bl.a. at:
• Planlægning, styring og gennemførelse af energiprojekter i kommunens bygninger
• Udarbejdelse af projektgrundlag, tidsplaner og budgetter
• Dialog og koordinering med rådgivere, entreprenører, brugere og interne samarbejdspartnere• Bidrage til udbudsmateriale og kontraktstyring

Din profil
Ishøj Kommune forestiller sig, at du har en teknisk uddannelsesbaggrund som for eksempel ingeniør, energiteknolog, bygningskonstruktør eller lignende. Du har erfaring fra energiprojekter eller byggetekniske projekter og kendskab til projektledelse, gerne i en politisk styret organisation.

About the Role
SAP Commercial & Sales Managers is a critical role in PolyPeptide’s global ERP program. In this role, you will serve as the lead expert and representativefor all Commercial & Sales aspects of their SAP S/4HANA solution, as well as related global applications (e.g., CRM/SRM) supporting end-to-end commercial processes.
You will act as a bridge between business functions, the ERP team, and third-party vendors, working closely with the ERP Solution Architect to ensure that the design and deployment of Commercial & Sales solutions align with their global strategy and system architecture.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the main expert and representative for SAP S/4HANA Commercial & Sales applications, ensuring technical and functional excellence across all related systems.
Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and system integrators, translating complex requirements into robust solutions and ensuring alignment with company standards and regulations.
Manage the administration, configuration, maintenance, and support of SAP Commercial & Sales modules, proactively resolving incidents and driving process improvements.
Take responsibility for application changes, lead process enhancements, participate in governance forums, and support internal IS/IT advancements.
Develop and maintain essential documentation (e.g., GSOPs, functional specs, training), ensure validation and compliance, and monitor licensing and application lifecycle management.
Engage with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors to ensure clear communication, effective SLAs, and alignment on project roadmaps and activities.
Your Profile
To succeed in this role, you bring:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
5+ years of experience in SAP Commercial & Sales with at least 3 years in SAP S/4HANA Commercial & Sales solution architecture (Lead to Customer Contract, Order to Cash).
Experience in IT solution management in the CDMO/pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
Proven ability to lead, communicate, and build strong relationships across all organizational levels.
Proficient in English, both speaking and writing.

About the Role
As the ERP Solution Specialist, you’ll be a vital part of the ERP team – bridging business functions, internal experts, and external partners. You will work closely with ERP Solution Managers and the ERP Solution Architect to support technical needs across the ERP landscape.
This is a collaborative and technically focused role where you’ll combine deep SAP platform knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the new global SAP S/4HANA environment – particularly across output management, integrations, platform reliability, and compliance.
You’ll also play a key role in ensuring operational continuity and supporting validation, change control, and documentation activities during and after the ERP implementation.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support and advanced troubleshooting within SAP S/4HANA, including integrations, output management, batch jobs, and custom developments.
Act as key technical partner to ERP Solution Managers across modules (Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, etc.).
Oversee system performance and platform reliability – from day-to-day support to long-term improvements.
Take ownership of output management (e.g., SAP Output Management, NiceLabel) – including user requirements, documentation, testing, and deployment.
Coordinate with infrastructure and print teams on cross-functional technical deliverables.
Support validation, qualification, and compliance processes (e.g. GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11).
Participate in CAB meetings, change control, and ticket resolution (incidents, problems, service requests).
Manage documentation for technical specifications, functional descriptions, SOPs, and user training.
Monitor license usage, system maintenance, and vendor coordination.
Support roadmap development, lifecycle planning, and communication of system changes to key stakeholders.
Your Profile
We are looking for a technically strong and business-oriented specialist who thrives in a dynamic and regulated environment:
A Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in SAP, including at least 3 years working with SAP S/4HANA platform and technical solution support.
Experience with E2E Output Management and SAP integrations.
Experience from the pharma/CDMO industry is an advantage.
Good understanding of ERP-related compliance requirements (GxP, validation, documentation, change control).
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

About the Role
As ERP Test & Release Manager, you will lead the end-to-end test and release processes for the SAP S/4HANA environment – including integrations with satellite systems and third-party applications.
You’ll take ownership of planning, coordination, and execution across test phases and releases within business-critical areas such as Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Sales.

About the Role
In this role, you will be part of global IS/IT organization and act as a key resource in securing regulatory compliance across enterprise systems – with a primary focus on the new ERP program. You’ll be responsible for system validation (CSV), audit readiness, change control, and risk management, with a strong emphasis on maintaining compliance with GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11, and GAMP 5.
You will work closely with Global QA, IT, regulatory affairs, and external vendors to ensure that the new ERP platform and other digital systems are inspection-ready, properly documented, and aligned with pharmaceutical regulations and expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute validation strategies for GxP-relevant systems in accordance with GAMP 5 and biotech/pharma industry standards.
Author and review validation documentation such as validation plans, IQ/OQ/PQ protocols, traceability matrices, and summary reports.
Ensure systems comply with electronic records and signature regulations (21 CFR Part 11, Annex 11).
Perform risk assessments for new systems, upgrades, and system changes, and integrate validation into the change management process.
Maintain audit-ready documentation and support both internal and external audits, including regulatory inspections.
Address audit findings and contribute to corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
Collaborate with QA, regulatory, manufacturing, and IT stakeholders as well as external vendors to align on compliance and validation requirements.
Provide training and guidance on validation procedures, regulatory expectations, and documentation standards.
Your Profile

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Computer Science, or similar.

Experience with computerized system validation (CSV) and quality documentation.

About the Role
The SAP Finance Manager is a critical function within PolyPeptide’s global ERP program. In this role, you will serve as PolyPeptide’s lead expert and representative for all finance-related aspects of SAP S/4HANA and other global applications supporting the end-to-end finance processes (e.g., automated AP solutions).
You will act as a bridge between business functions, the ERP team, and external service partners – working closely with the ERP Solution Architect to ensure that financial solutions align with enterprise architecture and global standards.
As part of the Global IS/IT department, you will collaborate closely with global process owners, super users, QA, and IT colleagues to drive value across finance operations and ensure compliance and continuity.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the main liaison between business stakeholders and external AMS/system integrator partners to translate finance requirements into robust SAP S/4HANA solutions.
Oversee technical and functional aspects of SAP S/4HANA Finance modules—ensuring ongoing administration, maintenance, compliance, and regulatory alignment.
Lead and support IT audits, documentation, and validation efforts for finance systems, including developing key documents and end-user training programs.
Drive process improvements and manage change requests within finance operations, participating actively in governance forums such as the Change Advisory Board.
Monitor, resolve, and proactively reduce support tickets and incidents to ensure efficient system operations and user satisfaction.
Collaborate on global application lifecycle planning, vendor management, license monitoring, and securing business continuity during maintenance windows.
Your Profile
To succeed in this role, you bring:
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
5+ years of experience in SAP Finance with at least 3 years in SAP S/4HANA Finance solution architecture.
Experience from Automated AP Solutions.
Experience in IT solution management in the CDMO/pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
Proven ability to lead, communicate, and build strong relationships across all organizational levels.
