On behalf of L’Oréal, we are looking for a structured and detail-orientedStock Administration & Operations Assistant to support their Nordic Operations Hub in Denmark. This is a temporary position where you will play a key role in supporting warehouse administration and day-to-day operational activities during an important project phase.

The Role
As a Stock Administration & Operations Assistant, you will become part of L’Oréal’s Nordic Operations team in Denmark, where you will play an important role in ensuring that warehouse administration and daily operational routines run smoothly and efficiently.
The role will consist of approximately 70% warehouse administration and stock management and 30% hands-on operational support. You will work closely with warehouse data, order processing, and inventory routines while also supporting daily warehouse operations and other operational activities.
Your Key Responsibilities
In this role, your responsibilities will include:
Maintaining accurate inventory data in SAP, including goods receipts, inventory adjustments, and cycle counts.
Managing inbound and outbound orders in accordance with established processes and deadlines.
Performing daily stock management activities, as well as calculating, monitoring, and challenging daily, monthly, and annual KPIs.
Supporting inventory reconciliation and identifying discrepancies in stock levels and inventory movements.
Contributing to daily operational routines to ensure efficient warehouse and logistics operations.
Ensuring accurate data entry and administrative follow-up with a high level of precision and quality.
About You

You take ownership of your work, approach tasks systematically, and are motivated by creating structure, maintaining high data quality, and ensuring tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
We imagine that you have:
Experience with inventory management, warehouse administration, or logistics within a warehouse or supply chain environment.
Experience with stock control, order processing, or goods-in/goods-out processes.
Strong administrative skills and a high level of accuracy when handling data.
The ability to prioritize tasks and maintain an overview in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Strong Excel skills.
Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders across the business.
It is an advantage if you also have:
Experience working with SAP.
Knowledge of IDocs.
Experience with purchase orders, sales orders, or other warehouse- and order-related documentation.
Knowledge of Power BI.

DIGNITY blev grundlagt i 1982 som et af verdens første specialiserede rehabiliteringscentre for torturoverlevere. I dag er vi en ledende global aktør inden for forskningsbaseret forebyggelse af tortur og rehabilitering af traumatiserede mennesker i hele verden. Vi arbejder både politisk, sundhedsfagligt, juridisk og udviklingsfagligt for en verden fri for tortur.

Du bliver en del af afdelingen National Rehabilitering, og som brobygger og projektmedarbejder får du et alsidigt og spændende job med mulighed for at gøre en forskel for nogle af de mest udsatte mennesker i Danmark. Vores behandlingsarbejde foregår i et tæt tværfagligt samarbejde mellem socialrådgivere, fysioterapeuter, psykologer, læger og tolke.
Som brobygger og projektmedarbejder bliver du en del af projektet ’Broer til livet – samskabelse med traumatiserede flygtninge, civilsamfund og sundhedsaktører’, som har til formål at styrke traumatiserede flygtninges livskvalitet og hverdagsmestring under og efter behandling i DIGNITY.
Projektet skal udvikle, afprøve og dokumentere en tværsektoriel rehabiliteringsindsats, der fremmer traumeoverleveres recovery og deltagelse i hverdagslivets fællesskaber. Projektet er 3-årigt og finansieret af VELUX FONDEN.

Dit arbejdssted bliver DIGNITYs hovedkontor på Bryggervangen 55, 2100 Kbh. Ø.
Der er tale om en tidsbegrænset stilling på 30 timer om ugen (inkl. frokost) i 3 år. Klinikkens åbningstid er hverdage kl. 8-16, og vi har flekstid, så der er mulighed for at tilpasse arbejdstiden efter aftaler og møder, ligesom der kan være opgaver uden for klinikken sen eftermiddag og tidlig aften.
Du bliver ansat med udgangspunkt i relevant overenskomst, fx overenskomst for akademikere i staten.
Vi indhenter børneattester for alle, som er eller kan blive beskæftiget med børn under 15 år.
