Position: Full-Time Restaurant Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the restaurant.

• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.

• Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.

• Recruit, train, and schedule team members.

• Monitor food quality, hygiene, and safety standards.

• Control inventory, food costs, and labour costs.

• Achieve sales targets and improve store performance.

• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in the food service or hospitality industry.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.

• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Good computer and administrative skills.

• English is required; Danish is an advantage.
