Triton Depth ApS
København
Triton Depth is one of Europe's fast-growing venture-backed defence tech companies, building underwater surveillance sensors that monitor what moves through European waters. Our first units are in sea trials right now — real hardware, in real water, doing real work. We operate where hardware, software and brutal environments collide, and we're scaling the team with people who can keep up.
About the role
You'll own embedded systems end-to-end — electronics design, soldering iron in hand, all the way through to C++ on the device. Recent graduates, juniors and senior engineers: we don't care about your years, we care about your output. What we do care about is hunger — to learn, to build, to ship. We deploy new sensor versions into the sea multiple times a week. That's the loop. If you want to dedicate real time to real work on a team that iterates at that pace, this is the place.
We imagine that you:
Have experience with or a strong interest in C++ for embedded systems
Are comfortable using AI tools as part of your development process
Have a basic understanding of electronics and are not afraid of a soldering iron
Bonus points if you've built hardware that has survived a brutal environment — sea, space, vibration, heat, or anything similarly unforgiving
Can obtain security clearance
Are fluent in English — it's our working language
As a person, you are:
Curious and independent
Hard-working and adaptable
Ready to also take on the less glamorous tasks — because that's the reality in a company that builds real products
Practical
We're based in a great spot in Copenhagen — in person, together. We're a young team and we work hard. Your code and electronics end up underwater.
