Omsætte foreningens strategi og vision til virkelighed
• Fremtidssikre det økonomiske fundament for foreningen gennem eksisterende og nye samarbejder samt kontakt til lokale interessenter
• Skabe et trygt og inspirerende arbejdsmiljø for frivillige og ansatte
• Uddanne og sparre med frivillige og ansatte medarbejdere
• Sparre med bestyrelsen omkring strategi- og budgetlægning
• Være foreningens ansigt udadtil og være opsøgende i forhold til vores samarbejdspartnere.
• Deltage i og bidrage til bestyrelsesmøder
• Styre foreningens økonomi
• Optimere arbejdsgange og procedure i administrationen
Din profil:
• Har ledelseserfaring; gerne indenfor den sociale verden og med viden om og erfaring i at arbejde med mennesker i svære livssituationer.
• Har forståelse for, og gerne kendskab til, de særlige vilkår og muligheder, der knytter sig til en organisation, der er baseret på frivillige
• Har erfaring og/eller uddannelse i supervision eller vejledning
• Har gode samarbejdsevner og relationelle kompetencer
• Er en nysgerrig og handlekraftig person med analytisk og kritisk sans
• Har gode kommunikative kompetencer både i tale og skrift
• Er opsøgende, reflekterende og strategisk

ANSÆTTELSESVILKÅR:
Stillingen er på 30 timer om ugen. Vi er ikke lønførende, men en meningsfuld arbejdsplads i civilsamfundet. Arbejdsstedet er Kystvej 36A, 6200 Aabenraa. Fleksibilitet med hensyn til arbejdstid, men mødeaktivitet uden for almindelig arbejdstid må forventes.

As Head of Global E-commerce at ABENA, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and aligning our global digital commerce strategy. Your primary mission is to unify fragmented initiatives and establish a clear, strategic direction for e-commerce across the organization. By focusing on segment-specific approaches and platform optimization, you will ensure ABENA reaches its diverse customer base, primarily B2B, but also B2C, across healthcare, industrial, and service sectors.
This commercial leadership role is responsible for driving a seamless user journey, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and unlocking new growth opportunities through enhanced customer experience and data-driven decision-making. You will accelerate online growth while maintaining the highest standards of compliance, quality, and customer trust in every market we serve.
Success in this role means skillfully navigating the organization and fostering genuine engagement across all levels. Achieving buy-in from diverse stakeholders requires result-oriented conversations, active listening, and clear communication, not just driving initiatives forward at full speed. You must inspire followership and translate technical expertise into compelling messages that resonate throughout the entire company.

As Supply Chain Controller at ABENA, you will play a crucial role in ensuring correct supplier chargebacks from partners and maintain a seamless flow of data analysis in the purchasing domain. Your responsibilities blend financial oversight with operational proficiency, driving efficiency throughout our supply chain processes. Your analytical assessments will underpin strategic purchasing and inventory choices, and your expertise will contribute significantly towards organizational success.
Success in this role means ensuring accurate and timely reports and supplier communication that supports purchasing agreements. Furthermore the role is flexible and volatile, especially in the coming months and years, so a willingness to share opinions and optimize processes is also key.

The Supply Chain team consists of 4–5 controllers and analysts within a department of about 30 employees. The team works in a highly collaborative yet independent manner, sharing tasks closely with one primary colleague and engaging in frequent sparring with others, particularly on ERP systems and Power BI solutions. While each member is focused and self-driven, there is a strong sense of community and mutual support.
