Nørre Gymnasium er et stort udviklingsorienteret gymnasium beliggende i Brønshøj i København med cirka 1250 elever og 130 ansatte. Vi udbyder stx samt den engelsksprogede IB-uddannelse.
Vores strategi og vision er, at vi ønsker at uddanne unge mennesker til at møde fremtiden med håb og handling gennem faglig begejstring, kreative tilgange, fællesskaber og handlekompetence.
Vi stræber efter at tilbyde stærkt profilerede studieretninger inden for såvel de naturvidenskabelige, samfundsfaglige, sproglige som de musisk-kreative områder. Nørre Gymnasium er også Unesco Partnerskabsskole, og vi arbejder særligt med verdens udfordringer, bæredygtighed, ligestilling og inklusion. I de kommende år vil vi især have fokus på implementering af vores nye strategi samt udvikling hen mod den kommende EPX-reform i 2030.
Nørre Gymnasium har en decentraliseret projektorganisation, hvor princippet er, at mange beslutninger træffes så tæt som muligt på dem, beslutningerne vedrører. Den enkelte lærer og teamet/teamlederen omkring en klasse har derfor stort selvstændigt ansvar og råderum.

About the Role
SAP Commercial & Sales Managers is a critical role in PolyPeptide’s global ERP program. In this role, you will serve as the lead expert and representativefor all Commercial & Sales aspects of their SAP S/4HANA solution, as well as related global applications (e.g., CRM/SRM) supporting end-to-end commercial processes.
You will act as a bridge between business functions, the ERP team, and third-party vendors, working closely with the ERP Solution Architect to ensure that the design and deployment of Commercial & Sales solutions align with their global strategy and system architecture.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the main expert and representative for SAP S/4HANA Commercial & Sales applications, ensuring technical and functional excellence across all related systems.
Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and system integrators, translating complex requirements into robust solutions and ensuring alignment with company standards and regulations.
Manage the administration, configuration, maintenance, and support of SAP Commercial & Sales modules, proactively resolving incidents and driving process improvements.
Take responsibility for application changes, lead process enhancements, participate in governance forums, and support internal IS/IT advancements.
Develop and maintain essential documentation (e.g., GSOPs, functional specs, training), ensure validation and compliance, and monitor licensing and application lifecycle management.
Engage with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors to ensure clear communication, effective SLAs, and alignment on project roadmaps and activities.
Your Profile
To succeed in this role, you bring:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
5+ years of experience in SAP Commercial & Sales with at least 3 years in SAP S/4HANA Commercial & Sales solution architecture (Lead to Customer Contract, Order to Cash).
Experience in IT solution management in the CDMO/pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
Proven ability to lead, communicate, and build strong relationships across all organizational levels.
Proficient in English, both speaking and writing.
As a person, you are collaborative, proactive, flexible, and thriving in dynamic environments. Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to excellent internal service are essential for this role.

About the Role
As ERP Test & Release Manager, you will lead the end-to-end test and release processes for the SAP S/4HANA environment – including integrations with satellite systems and third-party applications.
You’ll take ownership of planning, coordination, and execution across test phases and releases within business-critical areas such as Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Sales.
While the role is strategic in nature, it requires a solid understanding of ERP systems and regulated environments to ensure that changes – whether new features, patches, or upgrades – are delivered in a validated, controlled, and audit-ready manner.
You will work closely with stakeholders across compliance, quality, IS/IT, and business functions to ensure testing and release are seamlessly integrated into the ERP implementation and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
Task Management
Define and implement SAP testing strategies, plans, and standards.
Coordinate all phases of testing: unit, integration, UAT, regression.
Oversee SAP-related projects, upgrades, and enhancements – ensuring compliance with GxP and client-specific requirements.
Oversee defect tracking, test traceability, and documentation.
Manage a team of SAP functional and technical experts, including consultants and validation specialists.
Release Management
Own and maintain the SAP release calendar in collaboration with stakeholders.
Plan and coordinate deployments, go-lives, and post-release support.
Ensure all releases are timely, low-risk, and fully documented.
Drive stakeholder signoff processes and risk mitigation.
Governance & Compliance
Ensure compliance with internal controls, audits, and change management policies.
Collaborate with Compliance & Validation specialists to maintain system validation.
Contribute to audit readiness and manage release-related documentation.
Collaboration & Communication
Act as the main liaison between technical teams, business users, and external vendors.
Facilitate release readiness reviews and share updates with leadership.
Guide development of documentation standards for testing and release activities.
Your Profile
You bring both structure and flexibility, with a deep understanding of ERP testing and release in a regulated environment.
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar.
5+ years of experience in ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
Proven experience in test and release management – ideally with SAP S/4HANA.
Familiarity with regulated industries and GxP/CSV requirements is a plus.
Solid knowledge of SDLC, ITIL, and agile methodologies.
Experience with test automation tools and release platforms is a plus.
Proficient in English, both speaking and writing.
