Your tasks & responsibilities

As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for Electrical engineering of telecom cabinets, electrical design, job packages for our electrical workshop, etc. in our projects.

Your tasks will include, but are not limited to:

  • Designing and documenting telecom cabinets in PC Schematic
  • Designing solutions for UPS and Power supply
  • Define procurement of materials
  • Prepare job packages for construction in the electrical workshop
  • Coordinate and follow up on electrical workshop construction
  • Ensure lesson learned and As-built updates after construction
  • Standardization of cabinet design
  • Responsible for ATEX/EX design of cabinets and other equipment 

Your profile & qualifications

We are looking for a structured, self-driven, and quality-focused person with a passion for electrical design. You thrive in a collaborative environment and take pride in delivering accurate and professional documentation.

To succeed in this position, we imagine that you have:

  • Education as Electrical Engineer, Marine Engineer, Electrician, or similar technical background
  • Min 5+ years’ experience from industrial, marine, or offshore projects

  • Handle incoming phone calls – national and international
  • Welcome and assist guests, vendors, and service providers
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and parcels
  • Support with booking and preparation of meeting and conference rooms
  • Assist with ID cards, access cards, and key administration
  • Update info screens and support internal events and social activities
  • Ad hoc tasks within Front Desk, Facility, and Administration

Your profile and qualifications.

In your new position as HV Technician in the Renewables Division, you will be a valuable member of the dedicated MV/HV Service Team who specializes in providing electrical services for offshore wind projects.

Your team is dedicated to testing Power Systems and modifications and plays a crucial role in our efforts to establish ourselves as a leading service provider in the rapidly growing offshore wind industry. In this role, you will function as a Technician within the Medium Voltage and High Voltage electrical field and get the chance to work with many exciting and complex systems.

Your tasks & responsibilities

As a HV Technician, you will have a variety of Service and Maintenance tasks on Offshore Substations, Wind Turbines and Oil & Gas Drilling Units.

Your tasks will include but are not limited to Electrical Services from Low Voltage to 220kV primarily in the following areas;

  • Maintenance of Offshore Substations (OSS) and Wind Turbines (WTG)
  • Special periodic survey (SPS) of Drilling Riggs and Drill Ships
  • Service tasks on Switchgears and Transformers
  • Test of protection devices such as relay, circuit brakers etc.

Your profile & qualifications

What we value most for this position is a strong understanding of and interest in the MV/HV electrical field. We are a supportive team who prioritizes each other and safety above all else. As such, a strong safety mindset and a collaborative, team-oriented approach to your work is a must.

  • An educational background as an Electrician
  • Experience with working with Medium and High Voltage Cables, Transformers and Switchgear.
  • Documented Switching experience on High voltage equipment is advantageous.

In your new position as Senior Contract Manager, you will be a valuable member of the dedicated Contract Management Team whose mission is to ensure effective and compliant contract execution across large-scale energy projects.   • Contract reviews, flowdowns and negotiations
  • Identifying and managing commercial risks in collaboration with project teams
  • Ensuring contract governance
  • Handling change management and claims
  • Preparing management reports and ensuring structured communication

Your profile & qualifications

We are looking for a confident and collaborative contract management professional, who is passionate to ensure progress. You have a proactive and structured approach to your work and are eager to optimize and improve.

To succeed in this position, we imagine that you have:

  • A master’s degree in law/commercial law 
  • Preferably 5+ years of experience with large scale EPC contracts in the offshore industry or any related industry
  • Extensive experience with contract and claims management
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)

As Project Controller you will be a sparring partner for both project teams and management. The project controller will be a key player in improving controlling tools for both internal and external reporting of cost. The goal is to increase the standardisation of cost reporting. Your primary workplace will be at our headquarters in Esbjerg, a vibrant hub of the Danish energy industry, located right on the waterfront. This role requires occasional travel, typically ranging from 0 to 20 days, depending on client and partner locations.

Your tasks and responsibilities

The job of the Project Controller is to manage and control all financial transactions across the different disciplines within the allocated department(s), during projects, to have the financial overview of the project and be able to communicate this to both project management and management. This applies to all phases of the project.

Your tasks will include, but are not limited to:

  • Controlling and review of tendering material prepared by the bid team and project managers
  • Review of contract and PO from clients - understand the aspects affecting the projects economics
  • Controlling of actuals, budgets, forecast and variations
  • Control and verify the project costs through all phases of a project - in close cooperation with project manager, construction manager and discipline leads
  • Daily to weekly reporting of finances to project manager, i.e., cash flow, hours spent, procurement, or used cost compared to budget

Your qualifications and skills

You have a systematic and analytical approach to your tasks which supports you to meet deadlines. You enjoy working independently and still being part of a team. You take initiative and can ensure that you receive the information you need. You are motivated to create continuous improvement. Being part of the solution to make controlling even better.

To succeed in this position, we expect that you have:

  • Have an economic education (cand.merc., HD, cand.oecon. or equivalent).
  • Excellent skills in MS Excel
  • 5+ years of experience with controlling, preferably from a project business
  • Strong communication skills in both written and verbal English. Communications skills in Danish will be an advantage.
