Student Assistant – Logistics & Shipping (8–15 hours/week)

Our lightweight ECG device and software solutions are used by healthcare professionals across the world to monitor and diagnose heart conditions with ease and precision. We’re a growing MedTech company based in Copenhagen — and we’re looking for a motivated Student Assistant to support our logistics and shipping operations.
Your Role
You’ll be part of our friendly and dynamic operations team, ensuring that our products reach customers efficiently and that our internal processes run smoothly. Your tasks will include (but are not limited to):
Preparing and packing boxes for shipping to customers worldwide.
Registering shipments in our CRM system.
Assisting with inventory management and keeping stock records up to date.
Supporting process improvements and general logistics coordination.
Who You Are
We’re looking for a student who:
Is structured, detail-oriented, and takes pride in delivering quality work.
Enjoys working as part of a team, but can also manage tasks independently.
Is reliable, proactive, and eager to learn about logistics and supply chain processes.
Has good communication skills in English (Danish is a plus but not required).

Nurse or Cardiac Technician with experience analyzing ECG reports
At Cortrium, we are improving cardiac diagnostics with innovative and user-friendly ECG technology used by healthcare professionals in over 20 countries. We are looking for a dedicated nurse or Cardiac Technician with experience in ECG analysis and interpretation to strengthen our team and contribute to our continued growth.
About the Role
Our ECG analysis department is an international team of 35 dedicated colleagues, including cardiac nurses, cardiac technicians, lab technicians, cardiologists, and general practitioners. We offer regular training sessions to promote learning and professional development.
Your responsibilities:
Quality review of ECG analyses
Provide feedback to our R&D team to help further develop our ECG analysis system and ensure optimal results for both healthcare professionals and patients
About You
Your qualifications:
Background as a cardiac nurse or ECG/cardiac technician
At least two years of experience in cardiology
Team player with the drive to make a difference
Systematic and detail-oriented
Fluent in English, Swedish, and/or Danish
