We are looking for:

·         CNC operators / Machine operators

Key tasks:

As a CNC operator / Machine operator you will be setting up, operating, running and maintaining computer numerical control (CNC) machines to manufacture parts according to blueprints and specifications. 

Your key responsibilities will include:

·         Machine setup: Set up and calibrate CNC machines and other machines for specific jobs by loading materials, tools, and programming instructions

·         Operation and monitoring: Oversee the machining process, which can involve milling, drilling, or grinding, and make real-time adjustments to speeds, feeds, and tooling as needed

·         Quality control: Inspect finished parts using measuring tools like calipers and micrometers to ensure they meet quality specifications and standards

·         Maintenance and cleaning: Perform routine maintenance on machines, such as cleaning, maintaining fluid levels, and changing worn tools

·         Record keeping: Document production processes, record measurements, and report any defects or issues encountered during operation

Skills:

• English - must be able to communicate in English 

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications

• A strong understanding of how machines work and the ability to troubleshoot issues

• Vital communication and teamwork abilities to coordinate with a crew and ensure safety on the job site

Experience:

• Experience is good to have but that's not necessary
