About the Position

 As part of our continued growth and expansion, we are now looking for four skilled Chef de Parties or Sous Chefs to join our kitchen team.

Each chef will be responsible for, or work closely with, the current department lead in one of the following areas:

• Cold table

• Hot kitchen

• Salad section

• Bread and baked goods

 As a catering company, we produce food in large quantities, which means our kitchen runs at a high pace and requires teamwork, structure, and consistency. You should thrive in a busy, dynamic environment, while maintaining focus on quality and creativity.

At Frokost Kompagniet, no two days are the same — our menus evolve regularly, giving you the chance to learn, innovate, and grow.

 We Expect That You:

• Take initiative and lead by example, always ready to support your colleagues

• Have at least 5 years of professional experience as a chef, preferably with a focus on cold dishes, bakery, or other specialties

• Bring creative ideas for developing new dishes and collaborate with the Head Chef to optimize the menu

• Can maintain an overview and structure, even during busy shifts or changing priorities

• Speak English fluently, as our kitchen team is proudly international
