Om jobbet
Børnestanden søger en imødekommende medarbejder til at arbejde hver tirsdag kl 13-17.30 samt  skiftevis lørdag/søndag kl. 10.00-15.00. Er du tilkendt flexjob eller har du sabbatår og mangler lidt at lave, så kunne det være dig vi søger. Alder har ingen betydning.

Dine opgaver vil bl.a. være:

·         Kunde ekspedition

·         Almindelig oprydning

·         Lave SOME opslag til kommende uge

Vi forventer, at du:

·         Er fyldt 18 år

·         Er serviceminded og smilende

·         Kan tage ansvar og arbejde selvstændigt og alene.

·         Har interesse og flair for SOME arbejde og ikke bange for også at stå foran kameraet.

·         Kan starte oplæring uge 31 - 2026

·         Kan forstå og tale tysk og engelsk

Then you might be the perfect fit to join ABENA as a Purchasing Coordinator for the category Protective Wear!

As a Purchasing Coordinator and a part of the Protective Wear team, you play a key role in securing that our products are always compliant. You ensure stable processes, high data quality, and effective collaboration across the organization. You will work closely with the Category Manager and Product Manager while ensuring that product data, documentation, and regulatory requirements are managed accurately and consistently.

To be successful, you combine a service-minded and proactive approach with a strong attention to detail. You understand that commercial success depends on reliable product information, robust documentation, and regulatory compliance, and you take ownership of ensuring that our products are always supported by accurate, audit-ready documentation.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Responsible for product creation and maintenance of master data
• Review of extensive technical documentation ensuring completeness, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
• Evaluate test reports, laboratory results, and certificates against applicable standards and legal requirements (e.g. MDR, PPE, FCM, REACH, product-specific EN/ISO standards)
• Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and non-conformities, and ensure corrective actions are defined and implemented
• Follow up with suppliers regarding product questions, etc.
• Apply a structured and systematic approach to documentation, following internal procedures and regulatory expectations, ensuring reliable and audit-ready outputs

What we hope you bring

• Educational background in administration or similar field is an advantage, but not a requirement
• Experience in purchasing or compliance is an advantage, but not a requirement
• Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain structure
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and takes ownership of tasks
• Motivated by supporting others, creating structure, and continuous professional development
• Fluency in both the Danish and English language

• Skabe positive og engagerende kundeoplevelser

• Professionel repræsentation af velkendte brands

• Arbejde i detailbutikker og på trafikale knudepunkter

Brandambassadør-opgaver ligger primært fredage og lørdage.

Vi forventer, at du:

• Er minimum 18 år

• Taler dansk

• Har bil til rådighed (du besøger flere butikker om ugen)

• Er udadvendt og serviceminded

• Er selvkørende og ansvarsbevidst

• Trives både med selvstændigt arbejde og kundekontakt

• Kan håndtere en app og digital indrapportering

• Bor i eller omkring Aabenraa

Each area comes with its own compliance requirements, customer expectations, and maturity levels. This role exists because compliance has become a key enabler of our business. Customers, authorities, and internal stakeholders increasingly expect well‑structured documentation that can be delivered accurately and on time.

Your task is to ensure that ABENA has the right compliance and product data in place and that it works in practice. You will work hands‑on with documentation, product safety requirements, and legislative follow‑up, acting as a pragmatic supporter of the business rather than a controller. The value of the role lies in translating complex compliance requirements into clear documentation, practical processes, and usable answers for colleagues and customers.

Your main responsibilities

• Ensure collection, maintenance and quality control of compliance documentation for our products
• Support the business by delivering documentation packages to customer contacts when required
• Translate legislative requirements from Global Compliance into practical documentation and processes
• Follow up on product safety requirements, including risk assessments for products where required
• Help establish and document missing processes to create transparency and structure
• Support and structure compliance and product data in systems

Success in this role starts with creating structure. From there, you know how to turn complex documentation and regulatory requirements into simple, compliant processes that make everyday work easier for your colleagues. Vi søger en smilende og serviceminded medarbejder til vores dametøjsbutik på gågaden i Aabenraa.

Vi sælger damemode i str. 36–58 og bliver et team på fire voksne piger, hvor godt humør og god kundeservice betyder meget 😊

🕒 Arbejdstid:
• 10–15 timer ugentligt
• Hverdage kl. 10.00–17.30 ( ved særlige arrangementer til kl 22.00, men det er sjældent )
• Hver anden lørdag kl. 10.00–14.00
• Mulighed for flere timer på sigt
