Cleaning Inspector (Quality Control Inspector)

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Inspector to join our professional cleaning company in Denmark.

As a Cleaning Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring that residential and commercial cleaning services meet the company’s quality standards. You will conduct inspections after cleaning, identify areas that require improvement, provide feedback to cleaning staff, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

* Inspect completed cleaning work at residential and commercial properties.

* Ensure all cleaning tasks meet company quality standards.

* Report any issues and follow up on corrective actions.

* Train and guide cleaning staff on proper cleaning procedures and quality expectations.

* Communicate professionally with clients when necessary.

* Complete inspection reports using a mobile phone or tablet.

* Monitor cleaners’ performance and maintain high service standards.

Requirements:

* Previous experience in professional cleaning or quality inspection is preferred.

* Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.

* Good communication skills in English (Danish is an advantage but not required).

* Ability to work independently and manage multiple locations.

* Valid driver’s license is an advantage.

* Reliable, responsible, and punctual.
