Administrativ Servicedesk er en del af Koncern Digitaliserings Supportafdeling, som sørger for klinisk, administrativ og onsite teknisk support til Region Sjællands administration, sygehuse og psykiatri. I Administrativ Servicedesk er vi ofte brugernes første kontakt, når de oplever tekniske udfordringer og vores opgave er at støtte vores brugere og give dem den hjælp, som de har behov for.
Vi er et professionelt team bestående af 17 dedikerede kolleger, der motiveres af at yde en ekstraordinær service for vores sundhedsvæsen, mens vi aktivt arbejder på at have et godt arbejdsmiljø med en uformel omgangstone og et ønske om at spille hinanden gode.
I Administrativ Servicedesk forventer vi at alle tager ansvar for og bidrager til teamets udviklingen med input, sparring og fagligt engagement i hverdagen.
Vores mål er at servicere vores brugere så effektivt som muligt, og hjælpe dem videre i deres arbejdsdag og behandling af patienter. Det gør vi ved samarbejde og hjælpsomhed på tværs af grupper og afdelinger, samt en ekstra indsats når det kræves. Vi er klar på udfordringer og søger gerne ny viden og uddannelse, og er nysgerrige på løsninger, da vi her i Servicedesken helst hjælper brugerne med deres akutte tekniske udfordringer i første kald. – Kommende kollega, Maibritt Thulin.

Your role
As an Application Architect in Architecture & Technology, you will be part of a dynamic team that includes architects from multiple domains and 8 developers focused on our central components. In this role, you will set the architectural direction across our application landscape in close collaboration with other architects and lead developers across our three development teams. Together, you will define general principles to enhance resilience and scalability across our applications that power our current and future business services.
In this role, you will go beyond quick fixes, embracing a holistic approach to problem-solving. Collaborating across architecture domains and applications, you will drive areas of improvement that enhance the robustness and effectiveness of our application landscape. Working closely with lead developers, architects, product owners, and engineers, you will align technical solutions with user needs for ongoing and upcoming development projects.
What you will do
Define and drive application architecture strategy: Establish and enforce principles, standards and patterns that support consistency across our application landscape, and ensure alignment across architectural domains
Drive Sustaining Engineering: Identify general and specific areas of improvement to address technical debt. We aim to set a side about 20% of development hours for these items each sprint
Collaborate across disciplines: Work closely with architects across domains, lead developers, product owners, and engineers to ensure design decisions are aligned with general architectural principles
Stay updated on emerging technologies: Continuously research and evaluate new tools, frameworks, and industry trends to ensure technological adaptation that supports the long-term architectural goals

We’re looking for someone with
Collaborative Attitude: You will be working closely together with our team of architects, driving architectural decisions for supporting maintainable, scalable and robust systems
Solid Foundation: A master’s degree in computer science, IT or a related field.
Proven Expertise: 3-5 years of experience as a Solution or Application Architect and proficiency in C#, .NET, Azure DevOps, and DevOps practices such as CI/CD, IaC and Test Automation.
· Knowledge: and/or experience with integrations- and architecture patterns and paradigms, such as Event-Driven Architecture, Service Oriented Architecture, API Gateway patterns, Domian-Driven Development, and Behavior-Driven Development
Nice to have: Experience working with functional programming, Kubernetes, Kafka and Scrum processes.
Energy Sector Knowledge: Familiarity with the power systems domain is a plus but not required.

About the Role
In this role, you will be part of global IS/IT organization and act as a key resource in securing regulatory compliance across enterprise systems – with a primary focus on the new ERP program. You’ll be responsible for system validation (CSV), audit readiness, change control, and risk management, with a strong emphasis on maintaining compliance with GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11, and GAMP 5.
You will work closely with Global QA, IT, regulatory affairs, and external vendors to ensure that the new ERP platform and other digital systems are inspection-ready, properly documented, and aligned with pharmaceutical regulations and expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute validation strategies for GxP-relevant systems in accordance with GAMP 5 and biotech/pharma industry standards.
Author and review validation documentation such as validation plans, IQ/OQ/PQ protocols, traceability matrices, and summary reports.
Ensure systems comply with electronic records and signature regulations (21 CFR Part 11, Annex 11).
Perform risk assessments for new systems, upgrades, and system changes, and integrate validation into the change management process.
Maintain audit-ready documentation and support both internal and external audits, including regulatory inspections.
Address audit findings and contribute to corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
Collaborate with QA, regulatory, manufacturing, and IT stakeholders as well as external vendors to align on compliance and validation requirements.
Provide training and guidance on validation procedures, regulatory expectations, and documentation standards.
Your Profile
We are looking for a structured and proactive specialist who thrives in a regulated environment and enjoys collaborating across functions.
You bring:
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Computer Science, or similar.
5+ years of experience in IT compliance, system validation, or QA in biotech, pharma, or another regulated industry.
Solid knowledge of GxP, GAMP 5, 21 CFR Part 11, and EU Annex 11.
Experience with computerized system validation (CSV) and quality documentation.
Familiarity with enterprise platforms like ERP, MES, LIMS, or QMS.
Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
Proficient in English, both speaking and writing.
