ABENA is in the middle of a large‑scale infrastructure transformation. We are consolidating local data centres, simplifying complex environments, and standardising platforms across countries and companies. At the same time, we are strengthening IT security and accelerating automation to reduce manual work and increase stability.

This role plays a direct part in that journey. You will operate in a highly flexible environment with a high degree of autonomy. Your work supports production, logistics, and business operations across multiple locations and countries – where reliable IT is essential for daily operations.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Ensure stable, secure, and reliable operation of ABENA’s global IT infrastructure
• Operate and maintain servers, networks, cloud platforms, backup, DNS/DHCP, firewalls, and endpoints
• Drive automation of infrastructure operations, patching, and lifecycle management
• Strengthening IT security through structured patch management, monitoring, and compliance practices
• Participating in infrastructure projects, upgrades, and modernisation initiatives
• Collaborate with production, logistics, support teams, and external partners

Som Teamlead IT bliver du en central medarbejder i IT-afdelingen med ansvar for den daglige koordinering, opfølgning og struktur.

Du refererer direkte til IT‑direktøren og arbejder tæt sammen i det daglige omkring prioritering og opfølgning med fokus på stabil drift og gode leverancer.

Rollen er operativ med fokus på IT-drift og support, hvor du både selv deltager aktivt og samtidig sikrer struktur, prioritering og fremdrift i teamets arbejde.

Du er ansvarlig for at eksekvere på IT‑strategien inden for eget område og omsætte overordnede mål og prioriteringer til konkrete opgaver for teamet.

Du varetager opgavefordeling, sparring og understøttelse af medarbejderne i deres arbejde. Du får en nøglerolle i at skabe overblik, sikre fremdrift og strukturere hverdagen – og bidrager med input til forbedringer af processer og arbejdsgange.

Dine primære opgaver

• Koordinere og prioritere den daglige IT-drift og support
• Deltage aktivt i support og driftsopgaver
• Sikre overblik og fremdrift på opgaver og projekter
• Understøtte udviklingsinitiativer og sikre, at opgaver følges til dørs
• Strukturere arbejdsopgaver og skabe klare arbejdsgange
• Omsætte prioriteringer og mål til konkrete opgaver for teamet

Team- og møderelaterede opgaver

• Sikre tydelig opgavefordeling og løbende sparring med teamet
• Planlægning af bemanding, ferie og fravær
• Facilitere fælles teammøder og sikre opfølgning på aftaler
• Sikre fremdrift i dagligdagen og understøtte teamets samarbejde
• Bidrage til trivsel og et velfungerende team

Administrative og governance-opgaver

• Udarbejde og vedligeholde dokumentation og processer
• Bidrage til compliance arbejde, herunder NIS2
• Følge op på projektstatus, deadlines og leverancer
• Sikre struktur og ensartede arbejdsgange i IT

Din profil

Vi forestiller os, at du:

• Har erfaring fra en rolle som Teamlead IT eller senior supporter
• Har solid forståelse for IT-drift og gerne også udviklingsarbejde
• Trives med ansvar for koordinering, struktur og opfølgning
• Er praktisk anlagt og ikke bange for selv at tage fat
• Har gode samarbejdsevner og kan samle et team i hverdagen
