As the demand for sustainable energy continues to grow, we are expanding our operations and are looking for a skilled and motivated Technician / Hoist Operator to join our team in Thorsminde, Denmark.

As a Technician / Hoist Operator, you will play a key role in both the maintenance and operational aspects of our helicopter services. Working with our Airbus H135 and H145 fleet, you will contribute to ensuring the highest standards of safety, airworthiness, and operational performance in support of offshore wind operations.
Based in Thorsminde, you will be part of a dedicated team serving some of Northern Europe’s most innovative offshore wind projects.
Your responsibilities will include:
Aircraft Technician Duties
Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on helicopters
Troubleshoot technical issues and carry out inspections
Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and manufacturer requirements
Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
Collaborate closely with pilots, technicians, and operations personnel
Support the continued airworthiness and availability of the fleet
Hoist Operator Duties
Perform precision hoisting operations to offshore wind turbines, vessels, and substations
Assist flight crews during offshore missions
Ensure the highest standards of safety during hoisting activities
Maintain operational readiness of hoist equipment
Support mission planning and execution as part of the crew
Contribute to safe and efficient offshore operations in challenging environments
Who we are Looking for
Minimum Qualifications
EASA Part-66 B1.3 and/or B2 Licence
Able to obtain and maintain an EASA Class 2 Medical Certificate
Proficient in spoken and written English
Highly Desirable
Type rating on H135 or H145
Previous experience as a Hoist Operator
Residence in Denmark or a nearby region
Scandinavian language skills

Vores ordrebog er fyldt med spændende avionics upgrade projekter og vi mangler derfor flere dygtige hænder til vores hangar.
I The SA Group har vi specialiseret os i Avionics Modification Programs, dette hele vejen fra arbejdet med engineering/STC, over produktion af harness og kits til on-aircraft installation og slutkonfiguration og test. Vi laver alt fra mindre modifikationer til komplette cockpit upgrades på en bred vifte af fly og helikoptere.
Så har du øje for detaljer og hænderne skruet rigtigt på, så er det måske dig, vi mangler til vores team i hangaren.
Dine opgaver vil være:
> Aircraft dismantling and assembly support.
> Installation, terminering og tilslutning af harness on-aircraft.
> Line maintenance support og fejlsøgningsopgaver.
> Supportere kolleger med produktion af harness og kits/udstyr til flybranchen, m.m.
> Interface til vores engineering-, Part-21J (DOA), Part-21G (POA), interiør- og Part-147 (træning) afdelinger.
Hvad skal der til for at ansøge?
Det vigtigste er, at du har erfaring i at udføre avionics upgrades, gerne på mindre fly eller helikoptere.
> Det er en stor fordel, hvis du har indgående kendskab til EASA Part-145.
> Har du et B2 AML (eller M-AML) vil det også være en stor fordel.
> Du udviser høje kvalitetsnormer, og sætter en ære i at dine opgaver udføres korrekt.
> Dine engelskkundskaber skal være gode både i skrift og tale.

> Du er fleksibel og kan trives med flere parallelle opgaver.
> Du er struktureret og kvalitetsbevidst, både vedr. Quality + Safety.
> Du har en høj arbejdsmoral og kan arbejde selvstændigt, men også kan indgå i et team.
> Du er serviceminded overfor både kunder og kolleger.
