Maskiningeniør til Produktudvikling hos LINAK

 På LINAK har vi fire segmenter, hvor TECHLINE er ét af dem. TECHLINE oplever stor vækst og vi søger derfor en dygtig kollega, der kan bidrage til vores fortsatte succes. Du kommer til at udvikle produkter i et ingeniørmiljø herunder CAD-arbejde og simulering i forbindelse med udvikling af nye produkter. Vi forventer, at du har solid erfaring med produktudvikling og dermed kan bidrage på et højt niveau. Vi bruger Creo som CAD-system og diverse simuleringsprogrammer, men praktisk erfaring fra andre programmer er også kvalificerende.

 Du vil arbejde med alle faser af udviklingsprocessen fra idéfasen til løbende produktion. Teknisk bliver du involveret bredt, idet vi arbejder med mange forskellige teknologier og fremstillingsprocesser, blandt andet inden for motorer, gear, spindler, bremser, plast og metaller. Produkterne i TECHLINE segmentet er kendetegnede ved at være de kraftigste og mest robuste i vores sortiment, da de ofte bliver benyttet i industrielle applikationer hvor kraft, modstandsdygtighed og præcision er afgørende. Så vi kan byde på mange tekniske udfordringer. Vores aktuatorsystemer bruges blandt andet i landbrugsmaskiner og industrielle applikationer.

Primære arbejdsopgaver:

  • Udvikle avanceret spindel teknologier i tæt samarbejde med produktionen

  • CAD-tegninger i 3D/2D hvor tolerance sætning med GPS er en vigtig disciplin

  • Specifikationer til interne og eksterne leverandører på færdige emner

  • Leverandørkontakt, bestilling af prototyper og godkendelse af emner

  • Deltage i praktisk gennemførelse af test og analyse af de nye produkter

  • Generel dokumentation af eget arbejde igennem hele projektforløbet

Du:

  • er uddannet Civil/Bachelor/Diplombachelor maskiningeniør eller lignende og gerne med en faglig uddannelse indenfor industrien, fx automatikmekaniker, maskinarbejder, produktionsteknolog eller lignende

  • har en solid erfaring med geometrisk målsætning med CAD-tegning i 3D/2D, gerne i Creo

  • arbejder struktureret og er god til at bevare overblikket

  • har en positiv og kreativ tilgang til problemstillinger

  • er udadvendt, god til at arbejde i teams og trives med en bred kontaktflade både internt og eksternt

  • taler og skriver dansk og engelsk

Assistant Professor in Advanced Sensor Systems

The Mads Clausen Institute, NanoSYD Centre, invites applications for an assistant professor position in advanced sensor systems, including electronic noses. The position is for a three-year term and will commence on February 1, 2026, or as soon as possible thereafter.

What we offer
The assistant professor's tasks include teaching, research and industrial consultancy.

The assistant professor will be involved in several projects related to the development of advanced gas sensors, their integration into electronic nose systems, and the industrial applications of these systems. The position will also include industrial consultancy activities related to developing electronic noses and teaching in Engineering programs. As an assistant professor, you must develop your ideas and communicate scientific results in English.

What we expect
Candidates with a relevant PhD (physics, nanotechnology, microelectronics, materials science) may seek the position. The assistant professor should preferentially have research experience in advanced sensor technology, functional sensing materials (including the development of chemical binders), electronic noses and sensor integration (embedded systems/machine learning). Due to the interdisciplinary nature of the work, the candidate is expected to have excellent collaboration skills. 

Workplace description / Research environment
We are an international research group working in the field of sensors (https://www.sdu.dk/en/forskning/c_nanosyd/forskningsomrader/sensor-technologies), and we are seeking a highly motivated assistant professor to join our research team at the University of Southern Denmark (SDU), located on the Sønderborg campus. We offer a modern, inclusive, international, and interdisciplinary working environment with state-of-the-art facilities and a strong tradition of international collaboration. We aim to recruit, develop, and retain talented scholars who are committed to academic excellence and departmental growth.

Focusing on sensor development, the group has access to an ISO 5 cleanroom and surface science laboratory facility for preparation and characterization tasks, as well as a roll-to-roll facility for upscaling tasks. The research group collaborates with various national and international research projects and networks, including partnerships with academia and industry.

Conditions of employment
Employment as assistant professor requires scientific qualifications at minimum PhD level at the time of employment. During employment, the assistant professor will complete the Lecturer Training Programme.  Employment will be in accordance with the collective agreement between the Ministry of Finance and the Danish Confederation of Professional Associations for academics in the state with the associated circular on the protocol for the job structure for academic staff at Danish universities and the provisions for assistant professor as described herein. Further information on salary and taxation. Persons employed in the position may, based on a specific individual managerial evaluation, be exempted from time registration, also known as a “self-organizer”.
