On behalf of a leading pharmaceutical company, HH Consult is looking for 3x Health & Safety Coordinators for the M3 Project, a large-scale construction of a new production line for diabetes medicine. The overall project runs until 2029.

Location: Kalundborg (onsite) Duration: 1 year (extension possible) Working hours: Full-time  

Key Responsibilities

• Lead safety kick-off meetings with Tier 1 contractors
• Maintain and update the Site-Specific Safety Plan (SSSP) and Risk Register
• Develop and deliver the Project Induction Programme
• Coordinate HSE planning across work phases and common areas
• Conduct biweekly safety meetings and weekly inspections
• Maintain the Safety Journal/File and required documentation
• Support incident reporting, investigations, and emergency preparedness
• Collaborate with Construction Management (ConM), NNE Safety, and Tier 1 contractor representatives
• Provide coaching to contractor HSE personnel

Your Profile

Education & Certification:

• Relevant technical or HSE background
• AMK-B (mandatory)
• Valid First Aid certificate
• NEBOSH or equivalent

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience on construction sites (industrial/production preferred)
• Strong experience with SSSP, Risk Registers, inductions, and contractor coordination
• Skilled in incident investigation and safety meeting facilitation
• Proficient in office software and Dalux

Languages:

• English fluent (mandatory)
• Danish
