Your Key Responsibilities:

Manage and approve work hours and payroll: Oversee employee work hours and handle payroll approval.
Be available when needed: Provide support and guidance to your team, especially in critical situations.

We are looking for a professional, courteous, and service-oriented Portier who is passionate about hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences for our Boutique Hotel in the heart of Copenhagen. As one of the first and last team members our guests encounter, you play a vital role in ensuring every arrival and departure leaves a lasting impression.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and wish them a memorable farewell upon departure.
Assist guests with luggage to and from their rooms.
Support the Front Office team with arrivals, departures, and ensuring a seamless check-in experience.
Open doors and escort guests throughout the hotel when needed.
Provide information about the hotel, its facilities, and local attractions.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming entrance, lobby, and surrounding guest areas.
Coordinate with Hosts, Housekeeping, and other departments to deliver a seamless guest experience.
Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests with discretion and attention to detail.
Assist with luggage storage, deliveries, and other operational tasks as required.
Help create a warm, welcoming atmosphere that reflects the hotel's high service standards.

What We're Looking For
Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a guest-facing role is an advantage, but not essential.
You are friendly, approachable, and genuinely enjoy creating great guest experiences.
You work in a structured and reliable manner while taking responsibility for your tasks.
You communicate confidently and professionally in English; additional languages are an advantage.
You remain calm under pressure and can maintain a positive attitude during busy periods.
You are proactive, solution-oriented, and enjoy working as part of a team.
You have excellent attention to detail and take pride in maintaining high standards.
You are flexible and comfortable working evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
If the role includes valet parking, a valid driver's license is an advantage but not required for all candidates.

Da vores fantastiske medarbejder desværre har valgt nye veje, har vi behov for en ny kollega, som kan hjælpe os 2 gange om ugen - tirsdag og torsdag - i 2 timer og 28 min. pr. arbejdsdag, på en tandlægeklinik i København K.
Jobbet er et "lille job", du kan med fordel være fleksjobber, gå på en videregående uddannelse, ønske et lille ekstrajob. Jobbet deles med en kollega, som har de andre dage, hvorfor man skal være indstillet på at afløse denne ved sygdom og ferie. Der er ikke noget krav om erfaring indenfor rengøring, da jobbet er udførligt beskrevet. De eneste krav vi stiller er, at du er mødestabil, grundig og har sans for detaljerne, samt at du behersker dansk i skrift og tale.
Jobbet indebærer affaldshåndtering af lettere afald (pap og papir til container), rengøring af flader, gulve, toiletter, personalerum, gangarealer og klinikker. Bemærk ingen rengøring af tandlægestole.
Mødetid er efter klinikkens lukketid, det vil sige at man tidligst kan møde kl 18:30 tirsdag og kl 17:30 torsdag, og der er ikke mulighed for morgenrengøring. Den normerede arbejdstid er 2 time 28 min pr. arbejdsdag.
Løn og andre vilkår er ifølge overenskomst.
Da vores medarbejderer har sidste arbejdsdag torsdag den 30/7, ønsker vi en ny medarbejder, som kan starte hurtigst muligt efter den 30/7.
