Head of Finance til international vækstvirksomhed

Vi søger en ambitiøs og forretningsorienteret Head of Finance, som kan sikre høj kvalitet i den finansielle styring, skabe solide processer og samtidig være en aktiv drivkraft i virksomhedens fortsatte udvikling og internationale ekspansion. Rollen kombinerer klassisk økonomiledelse med transformation, digitalisering og tæt sparring med ledelsen.

Din rolle

Som økonomichef får du det overordnede ansvar for økonomifunktionen og et team på fire medarbejdere. Du bliver en central del af virksomhedens videre professionalisering og får stor indflydelse på udviklingen af processer, systemer og styringsmodeller.

Du bliver en tæt sparringspartner for virksomhedens Finance & Legal Director og bidrager aktivt til at styrke beslutningsgrundlaget for ledelsen gennem valide data, stærk økonomistyring og forretningsindsigt.

Dine ansvarsområder

Du får blandt andet ansvar for at:

  • Lede, udvikle og motivere økonomifunktionens medarbejdere
  • Sikre korrekt og rettidig finansiel rapportering samt høj regnskabsmæssig kvalitet
  • Sikre compliance inden for regnskab, skat, moms og afgifter
  • Videreudvikle og optimere økonomiprocesser gennem digitalisering og automatisering
  • Drive budget-, forecast- og performance management-processer
  • Understøtte virksomhedens internationale vækst og sikre efterlevelse af lokale krav og regler
  • Udvikle styringsværktøjer, rapportering og beslutningsunderstøttelse til ledelsen
  • Sikre et stærkt samspil mellem økonomi, drift, salg og øvrige forretningsområder
  • Være kontaktpunkt over for revisorer, myndigheder og øvrige eksterne samarbejdspartnere

Hvem er du?

Du har en stærk regnskabsfaglig ballast kombineret med et kommercielt mindset og en naturlig lyst til at skabe forbedringer.

Vi forestiller os, at du:

  • Har en relevant videregående uddannelse inden for økonomi, regnskab eller revision
  • Har erfaring fra en tilsvarende økonomilederrolle
  • Har solid erfaring med regnskab, rapportering, controlling og økonomistyring
  • Har erfaring med compliance, skat, moms og internationale aktiviteter
  • Har ledelseserfaring og trives med at udvikle medarbejdere og teams
  • Har gennemført eller bidraget til digitaliserings- og automatiseringsprojekter
  • Har erfaring med ERP-systemer - gerne Microsoft Business Central.

Laboratory Technician – Research & Development

Do you enjoy turning ideas into reality through hands-on testing and experimentation? Join VID FIREKILL's Research & Development team and play a key role in shaping the next generation of fire protection technology.

As our Laboratory Technician, you will plan and execute component and fire tests in our fire laboratory, working closely with our R&D Engineers to evaluate new concepts, analyze test data, and identify the optimal parameters required to achieve successful test results.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working hands-on, is driven by curiosity, and takes pride in turning engineering ideas into practical, tested solutions. If you thrive in a collaborative environment where experimentation drives innovation, you'll feel right at home in our R&D team.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Lead the experiments in our large and fully equipped laboratory in both component tests and fire tests helping to meet global standards.

  • Compile and analyze operational, test, and research data for new and existing products

  • Assist the Design Team

  • Contribute to designing for production efficiency and cost reduction providing feedback from the experiments.

  • Collaborate Across Teams

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams while managing your own tasks responsibly.

  • Confer with other research personnel as required to clarify and resolve issues and develop designs

  • Prepare and present technical reports

You will report directly to the R&D Manager and become a part of the R&D department, where collaboration, innovation, and knowledge sharing are at the core of everything we do.


The skills you will bring:

  • A bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or equivalent work experience

  • Technical experience & knowledge in the following areas:

  • Design of Experiments (DoE)

  • Root Cause Analysis

  • Statistics

  • Material Science & Corrosion

  • Data Acquisition

  • Software skills such as CAD tools, Microsoft Office products

  • The ability to carry out minor manual assembly of products during development and testing is an advantage

  • Strong verbal and written skills in English

CFD Engineer – Research & Development

Are you passionate about Computational Fluid Dynamics and eager to see your simulations turn into real-world fire protection solutions? At VID FIREKILL, you'll help develop next-generation water mist technology that protects lives and property worldwide.

As our CFD Engineer, you will play a key role in understanding spray atomization, fire behavior and fluid dynamics, transforming complex simulations into practical solutions that protect lives and property worldwide. Working closely with our R&D team, you will combine advanced modelling with experimental validation to drive product innovation.

This role is ideal for a curious, innovative, and hands-on professional who enjoys combining simulation and practical experimentation in a collaborative environment.


Your key responsibilities:

  • Enhance the R&D Knowledge Base
  • Drive research and development in spray atomization and related technologies
  • Fire modeling to support and inform engineering decisions related to new product development and testing
  • Support Production and Quality Teams
  • Identify and resolve production issues using computational models and creative problem-solving approaches.
  • Assist the Design Team
  • Contribute to designing for production efficiency and cost reduction.
  • Collaborate Across Teams
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams while managing your own tasks responsibly.

You will report directly to the R&D Manager and become a part of the R&D department, where collaboration, innovation, and knowledge sharing are at the core of everything we do.


The skills you will bring:

  • A bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or related (a Master’s/PhD’s degree is an advantage)
  • Technical experience & knowledge in the following areas:
  • Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD)
  • Design of Experiments (DoE)
  • Root Cause Analysis
  • Statistics
  • Material Science & Corrosion
  • Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
  • Software skills such as Inventor or other CAD tools, OpenFOAM or Fluent and/or Python
  • Prior experience with heat transfer, combustion, and multiphase flows is an advantage
  • Strong verbal and written skills in English.
