THE POSITION
As an Operations Quality Coordinator, you will play a central role across both our warehouse and operations teams. This is a hands-on position with an even balance between quality assurance and operational execution.

You will ensure that all incoming goods meet our quality standards, support day-to-day operational activities, and serve as the primary contact for warranty and supplier claims. Working closely with our hardware team as well as Danish and international suppliers, you will help uphold the high standards that define our products.

Key responsibilities include:
• Owning and continuously improving the inbound quality control process
• Performing quality checks on incoming goods and securing compliance with our standards
• Collaborating closely with warehouse operations, procurement, and hardware teams
• Coordinating with suppliers to ensure product quality and resolution of issues
• Managing customer and supplier claims with timely internal processing
• Supporting operational tasks in the warehouse and production areas when needed

The role is with a 50/50 split between quality assurance and operational work. You will have the autonomy to challenge existing processes and propose smarter, more efficient ways of working.

To succeed in this role, you should have:
• Fluency in Danish and / or English; additional languages are an advantage

What you’ll be working on

• Building and maintaining dashboards that track marketing and sales performance (GA4, BigQuery, Power BI or similar)
• Cleaning, structuring, and connecting data across our systems to reveal what drives growth
• Running small-scale experiments and analyzing results — from website traffic to distributor performance
• Exploring automation and AI tools to improve how we collect and use insights
• Working closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to turn data into action

Now we’re looking for a Creative Marketing Communication Intern who can help us bring that story to life — across video, social media, and digital channels. You’ll be part of a small, dynamic marketing team where ideas move from concept to live in days, not weeks.

What you’ll be working on

• Producing engaging content — from short videos and SoMe posts to case stories and campaign ideas
• Supporting campaigns that boost awareness, distributor engagement, and brand recognition
• Helping us tell customer success stories that inspire the industry
• Copywriting for blogposts, social media, advertisement & website
• Assisting in planning and executing events and product launches

Who you are

• You study communications, marketing, media, or design — and you love storytelling

THE POSITION

You will join our Customer Success team that helps our Danish dealers and international distributors with everything they need to grow their markets: ordering, pre-sales, troubleshooting, training, etc.

The Customer Success approach is key in Uncontrol’s growth strategy.

Main responsibilities:

• Driving the Onboarding of distributors throughout the organization
• Increase product adoption for existing distributors
• Support for Danish customers
• Visualize and manage distributor needs across the organization

You must be able to establish and develop long-term relationships based on close cooperation, both to distributors and inside the company.

Our HQ is in Odense, where you will work.

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate has a relevant technical background combined with some years of experience within machine control, surveying, or digital construction.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in English. If you also speak one of the languages ​​German, Spanish or Danish, it is an advantage
• Experience from the construction industry is preferred
• Excellent communication skills across cultures
• Organizational ability and ability to manage small teams
