Hvem er du?

👨‍🍳 Du har solid erfaring fra et professionelt køkken – uddannelse som kok er et plus, men ikke et krav
🔥 Du har lyst til at tage ansvar og være med til at udvikle vores menukort
🥂 Du kan tage lederskab og sikre god drift og samarbejde i køkkenet
🍝 Du har interesse for italiensk mad og sætter en ære i høj kvalitet
🕒 Du er fleksibel og klar til både dag-, aften- og weekendarbejde
💪 Du arbejder struktureret, bevarer overblikket i travle perioder og bidrager til en positiv atmosfære

Dine opgaver vil bl.a. være:

• At samarbejde med køkkenchefen i den daglige drift

• At have ansvar for selskaber og planlægning i køkkenet

• At udvikle nye retter og menuer i samarbejde med ledelsen

• At være en aktiv del af produktionen og sikre kvalitet i alle led
