You will set the strategic direction and operational framework for spare parts activities, ensuring world-class availability, fast response times, and sustainable growth in both mature and emerging markets.

Your leadership will span multiple sites, with dedicated teams located in Kolding (Denmark), Izmir (Turkey), Hamilton (New Jersey, USA), and Milan (Italy). Working across these key hubs, you will create strong collaboration, harmonize global processes, and drive best practices to ensure consistent performance and customer experience across the entire network.

You will play a key role in shaping the long-term service strategy, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring that Gram Equipment’s spare parts operations remain an essential contributor to our customers’ success worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute actively to the Group Service strategy, identifying new business opportunities and innovative solutions.

About You

You are an experienced leader who thrives in a dynamic, global environment. You combine commercial drive with operational discipline and understand the importance of spare parts in delivering customer satisfaction and business growth.

You bring:

  • A degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Solid experience in sales, logistics, or service management within an industrial or technical setting.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems (order handling, inventory, and business reporting). Preferably Business Central.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-cultural teams across multiple locations.
  • Demonstrated success in change management and process optimization.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in English (Danish is an advantage).

Our Team and Culture

You’ll join a committed Service organization where our people combine technical expertise, customer focus, and teamwork. From spare parts coordination to service innovation, we work together to ensure our customers succeed. Our culture is defined by openness, collaboration, and a shared commitment to excellence.
