Job Summary: The Logistics Manager oversees the planning, implementation, and coordination of an organization’s logistics, supply chain, and transportation activities. They ensure the efficient movement of goods, daily manage logistics for our clients and optimize supply chain processes to meet organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

• Coordinate and monitor the transportation, warehousing, and distribution of goods.

• Manage relationships with suppliers, carriers, and vendors.

• Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, orders, and shipping schedules.

• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards.

• Analyze logistics data and generate reports to inform decision-making.

• Lead, train, and motivate logistics staff to meet performance goals.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.

• Collaborate with other departments such as procurement, sales, and production.

Qualifications:

• Masters or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.

• Proven experience in logistics or supply chain management.

• Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

• Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office.

• Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards.

Working Conditions:

• Office-based with potential site visits to warehouses and transportation hubs.

• Fast-paced environment requiring flexibility and quick decision-making.

Frokost Kompagniet is looking for a web developer to maintain and develop our tracking system

Lunch Company is an independent, family-run business, with an international kitchen team from all over the world, but we have one thing in common, namely that we love to cook.

We have developed our own lunch portal online, where lunch can be easily ordered for all our customers. We are currently looking for a web developer who can maintain, troubleshoot, provide technical support and further develop our online platform.

You will be responsible for;

- Optimizing our system with the aim of tracking ongoing production planning, customer management, logistical control

- Implemented KPI tracking tools for food costs, wage efficiency and customer satisfaction

- Improved order processing and inventory management

- Other maintenance and development of the system

- Technical support for our employees and customers

We expect to;

- You have a relevant education in web development

- Preferably at least 2 years of experience as a web developer or other database programming

- Are well-organized

- Are just as interested as the rest of the team in delivering a really good lunch experience for all our customers!

About the Position

 As part of our continued growth and expansion, we are now looking for four skilled Chef de Parties or Sous Chefs to join our kitchen team.

Each chef will be responsible for, or work closely with, the current department lead in one of the following areas:

• Cold table

• Hot kitchen

• Salad section

• Bread and baked goods

 As a catering company, we produce food in large quantities, which means our kitchen runs at a high pace and requires teamwork, structure, and consistency. You should thrive in a busy, dynamic environment, while maintaining focus on quality and creativity.

 We Expect That You:

• Take initiative and lead by example, always ready to support your colleagues

• Have at least 5 years of professional experience as a chef, preferably with a focus on cold dishes, bakery, or other specialties

• Bring creative ideas for developing new dishes and collaborate with the Head Chef to optimize the menu

• Can maintain an overview and structure, even during busy shifts or changing priorities

• Speak English fluently, as our kitchen team is proudly international
