2 Employees Wanted for Modern Dairy Farm – 9600 Hornum

We are looking for 2 experienced employees for a dairy farm in 9600 Hornum with a strong focus on well-being – both for animals and employees. The positions are created to support the existing team and ensure a better work-life balance in daily operations.

About the workplace

You will become part of a farm with:

• Approximately 280 cows
• A team consisting of a Danish owner and employees from Ukraine
• A traditional milking system (2x12)

The workplace places great emphasis on flexibility and well-being – it is important that employees feel comfortable and thrive in their daily work.

Your tasks

Your responsibilities will include:

• Milking
• Operating a mini loader
• Bedding for calves
• Caring for calves

Working hours

Work is organized in shifts:

• Shift 1: 07:00 – 14:00/15:00
• Shift 2: 19:00 – 01:00
• Weekend work: Every second weekend, with both morning and evening shifts

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience working on a dairy farm
• Speaks and understands English
• Has a good understanding of animal welfare
• Is reliable and responsible
• Is cooperative and communicates well with colleagues
• Can prioritize tasks and maintain an overview
