We are currently looking for a fulltime cook, who is skilled and passionate about food.

We are looking for a good addition to our team - someone who is great at working by themselves, but also as part of a bigger team, and is ready to take on responsibility, and be a part of a professional work environment.

Requirements for this position:

• Understanding of safety and sanitation guidelines

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Flexible when it comes to shifts (holidays, weekends, evenings)

• Basic knowledge of cooking methods, equipment and things alike

• Able to contribute positively to the teamwork and keep and maintain good communication

Duties and responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to the menu and presentation standards

• Ensure food is prepared in a timely manner during service hours

• Maintain a clean and organized work space

• Report faulty equipment or shortages to management

• Work closely with kitchen staff and contribute positively to the smooth daily operations

• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times

• Ensure proper storage of ingredients and monitor stock levels

We are looking for a waiter/waitress, who is able to work part time, or fulltime if possible. You must be flexible with the working hours (evenings, mornings, weekends), and you must be able to cooperate and become a part of a team, whilst contributing positively to the teamwork and atmosphere.

What are the requirements?

• You have to be serviceoriented and know how to provide good customer service.

• You must be able to adapt to a fastpaced environment when needed (during busy weekends etc.)

• Are able to make and serve drinks (coffees, sodas, cocktails etc.)

• Have a friendly, positive, and professional attitude.

• You have attention to detail and accuracy, especially when taking orders.

• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

• Able to work well under pressure and able to multitask.

• Basic cash handling.
