The position
Our Spare Parts team are looking for a Spare Parts Coordinator who can navigate the end-to-end process and help us deliver outstanding service to our customers across the globe. 

As a Spare Parts Coordinator, you will manage our current spare part customers, by supplying quotations, handling orders, shipments and invoices. In a joint effort with your team of three skilled Coordinators, you will play a vital role in supporting our Spare Parts Customers.

This position will enable you to partner with multiple business units and work with a variety of stakeholders. The role will be expected to lead full lifecycle purchasing, supporting key stakeholders through all stages of end-to-end process. You will build solid relationships with key customers and partners to ensure you have the best conditions to carry out the work. Your drive and energy will be a very important factor in maintaining and supporting the work that the team has accomplished.

Key responsibilities will be:

  • Receive and send RFQ.
  • Create Quotations, tenders and orders for customers incl. follow-up.
  • Coordinate with Logistics and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and oversee the integrity and quality of delivered goods and services.
  • Managing supplier and customer invoices.
  • Ensure continuous follow-up and reporting on customers’ statements of accounts.
  • Ensure follow up on overdue payments in corporation with Project managers.
  • Regular reviewing existing customers procedures, and payment terms etc. with customer responsible for maximizing value to the business.

Some occasional travel may occur.

In your daily work, you will use tools such as IFS, Novacura, Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Qualifications
We foresee that the ideal candidate is passionate about their work, customer-focused, and skilled at managing end-to-end processes. You are good at taking initiative, building strong relationships, and can work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferably, you:

  • Have full qualifications in business administration or a similar relevant field with 3+ years’ experience
  • Master Danish and English in speech and writing
  • Are a confident communicator with an engaging personality
  • Are structured, detail-oriented, proactive, and fundamentally have a positive approach
  • Are experienced in Microsoft Office programs such as Excel and PowerPoint
  • Preferably, are also an experienced user of ERP systems such as IFS and Novacura

The position
As IT System Architect, you will be a key member of our IT department, responsible for developing, maintaining, and securing BWSC’s IT infrastructure. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across departments as well as external partners to ensure a modern, reliable, and compliant IT environment that supports our global business operations.

Key tasks will include:

  • Plan, develop, and implement IT infrastructure projects, including both on-premises and cloud solutions (Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint)
  • Contribute to the planning and rollout of Copilot solutions across the organization
  • Ensure compliance and security through Microsoft Purview and Checkpoint
  • Configure and administer networks (Juniper, VMware, SAN, Hosts) and firewall solutions
  • Maintain and update technical documentation and user guides
  • Coach and delegate tasks to less experienced colleagues within the IT team
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure best practice and continuous improvement
  • Provide user support and participate in IT projects and technology implementations

Qualifications

We imagine that you are a proactive and experienced IT professional who enjoys combining technical deep dives with strategic thinking. You take ownership of your solutions, work systematically, and communicate clearly with both IT specialists and end-users.

Professional skills

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as IT System Administrator, Infrastructure Architect, or in a similar role
  • Strong experience with Microsoft 365 administration and related cloud technologies
  • In-depth knowledge of Azure AD, Intune, SharePoint, Teams, and network security
  • Experience with compliance, automation, and cybersecurity
  • Relevant IT education (e.g., Data Technician, IT Engineer, Bachelor in IT, or equivalent)
  • Fluent in Danish and English, both spoken and written
  • Certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert or Azure Administrator Associate are a plus

The position
As Proposal Assistant, you will support the preparation and coordination of BWSC’s tenders and project proposals. You will collaborate closely with technical experts, project managers, and the marketing team to ensure that our submissions are clear, compliant, and visually consistent.

Your key tasks will include:

  • Coordinating timelines and deliverables throughout the proposal process.
  • Collecting input from multiple departments and editing material for clarity and consistency.
  • Writing and adjusting sections of proposal texts to meet tender requirements.
  • Ensuring layout, language, and structure comply with formal specifications.
  • Maintaining and updating standard documents in Templafy, including:
    • SPB, tender letters, reference lists, and standard attachments (e.g. Enclosure 1, certificates, etc.)
    • Method statements, ITP, PQP, HSE documentation, and a library of approx. 80 CVs.
  • Maintaining commercial standard documents in IMS (e.g. price lists, GTCs, and other templates).
  • Acting as coordinator for key figures used in SPB (e.g. NDT, scaffolding, waste management data).
  • Proofreading and performing quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Working closely with Marketing on document layouts and visual identity.

Qualifications
We expect you to be structured, proactive, and motivated by working with both people and processes. You have an eye for detail, strong written communication skills, and take pride in ensuring that everything adds up and looks right.

Your qualifications include:

  • Experience in proposal coordination, bid support, or similar administrative/documentation roles.
  • Strong writing and editing skills in English (Danish skills are an advantage).
  • Good understanding of technical and commercial documentation such as SPB, PQP, ITP, and HSE materials.
  • Experience with document management systems such as Templafy and/or IMS.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel).
  • Experience collecting and coordinating input from several stakeholders.
  • Structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with deadlines.
  • A good eye for layout and design, ensuring professional and consistent presentation.

What will you do?

We are seeking a strategic and execution-driven Director, Head of IT Applications & BI to lead our Business Applications and Business Intelligence function. Reporting to the CFO and heading a team of 5 specialists including BI and IT application engineers, ERP consultants and a Business Application Manager, you will define and drive the application and data strategy, strengthen our BI maturity, and ensure a robust, business-aligned applications landscape that supports BWSC’s growth and transformation.

In this role, you will collaborate closely across the organization to drive standardization, data quality, and continuous improvement while ensuring stable, secure, and efficient operations of our business applications.:

  • Own and maintain the IT Application Strategy aligned with BWSC’s Business Strategy.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the IT Applications & BI team; build capabilities and a high-performance culture. 
  • Lead cross-organizational IT projects (e.g., implementation of new business applications). 
  • Establish guidelines and standards for development, setup, and maintenance of the overall IT applications architecture. 
  • Define standards for Data Warehouse, Master Data setup, and Master Data maintenance. 
  • Drive continuous improvement of Power BI adoption, skills, and maturity across the organization. 
  • Manage licenses, services, and maintenance agreements for business applications. 
  • Ensure high-quality service, maintenance, and stability of the business applications environment in line with business needs. 
  • Oversee ERP implementation, maintenance, and operations together with stakeholders.
