We are looking for a professional Grill Man to join our kitchen team at Bellini Ristorante in the heart of Billund.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in grilling, especially steaks and burgers, and be confident working in a busy restaurant environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Grill Man / Grill Chef

• Excellent knowledge of grilling different types of meat (steak, burgers, etc.)

• Must be able to cook meat to different doneness levels: rare, medium, well done, etc.

• Ability to prepare own sauces and marinades

• Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure

• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends

• Speaking English is required; other languages are a plus

We are looking for a professional Pizzaman to join our kitchen team at Bellini Ristorante in the heart of Billund.

The ideal candidate must be experienced in making authentic Neapolitan pizza and should be able to handle the entire process professionally — from preparing the dough to baking in the oven.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Pizzaman / Pizzaiolo

• Expertise in making authentic Neapolitan pizza

• Full knowledge of the pizza-making process — from flour to the final step in the oven

• Skilled in dough preparation, stretching, topping, and baking in a stone or wood-fired oven

• Ability to work fast and efficiently in a busy kitchen

• Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure

• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends

• Speaking English is required; other languages are a plus
