Product Compliance Coordinator

About the job

As our new Product Compliance Coordinator, you will play a central role in supporting Actona Group’s global compliance activities with a special focus on product compliance. You will be an important part of ensuring that our products and materials meet all relevant regulatory and customer requirements, and that data and documentation are maintained with high accuracy.

You will be part of an experienced and collaborative international team, working closely with colleagues across Actona Group’s sites to maintain compliance process efficient, consistent and up to date.

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating and following up on daily product compliance tasks across the team
  • Collecting, validating, and maintaining data and documentation for product compliance, including safety testing, customer-specific tests, and chemical testing
  • Preparing and coordinating audits such as BSCI, BEPI, and customer-related inspections
  • Managing and maintaining due diligence documentation for timber and other regulated materials in line with the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR)
  • Communicating and collaborating with colleagues in China and other Actona sites on compliance-related activities
  • Tracking deadlines and ensuring timely delivery of accurate documentation to both internal stakeholders and customers
  • Supporting the implementation and optimization of digital compliance systems and new routines
  • Maintaining high-quality data in systems such as AMFORI, OSAPIENS, and other compliance tools
  • Assisting the sales team with customer requests and documentation related to compliance processes
  • Preparing and updating work instructions, templates, and checklists
  • Supporting internal training sessions and communication about compliance requirements
  • Contributing to continuous improvement of workflows between the Compliance team and other departments

Qualifications

We imagine that you:

  • Have experience coordinating compliance processes, audits, or product documentation
  • Work structured and detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility for documentation and deadlines
  • Are comfortable working with systems and digital tools
  • Communicate clearly in English (both written and spoken)
  • Thrive in a collaborative, international environment where teamwork and service-mindedness are key

Experience with product compliance, EUDR, audit coordination, or AMFORI/BSCI systems will be an advantage but not a requirement. The right mindset and willingness to learn are just as important.

Senior Business Analyst to Group Transformation Office

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented senior business analyst who is eager to expand their experience in driving large-scale transformation initiatives across a global organization. About the Role

This role is pivotal in driving transparency, accountability, and strategic insight across our transformation program, which aims to leverage our competitive edge and position us for long-term growth.

In this role, you will join our newly established Transformation Office, and you will report to the VP Transformation, and you will work closely with initiative leads, finance, and senior leadership to ensure our transformation program delivers measurable impact. It is a highly dynamic position with broad exposure across the organization and you’ll gain deep insight and support strategic decision-making. With a wide variety of tasks and challenges, the role offers significant learning potential and professional growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Monitor transformation performance: Track initiative progress with rigor and consistency, ensure timely escalations, and synthesize updates into actionable insights for leadership.
  • Track financial impact: Maintain financial trackers, link initiative outcomes to the P&L, and collaborate with Finance to ensure budget integration and reporting accuracy.
  • Develop & maintain dashboards: Own the Transformation KPI dashboard, ensuring data accuracy and continuous improvement based on stakeholder feedback.
  • Prepare executive materials & drive follow-up: Create structured, data-driven presentations for weekly management meetings, take minutes, and ensure follow-up on key actions and decisions.
  • Deliver strategic analysis & support decision-making: Provide analytical support on key priorities and ad hoc projects for track leads, including financial modeling. Package complex data into clear, executive-ready formats that enable decisive action from senior management.
  • Coordinate across workstreams: Act as the central liaison between the Transformation Office and initiative leads, ensuring consistent updates, alignment, and accountability

To succeed in this role, we believe you have:

  • A master’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in business analysis, transformation, or strategy roles preferrable from a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling and performance tracking.
  • Proficiency in dashboard tools and data visualization (e.g., Power BI, think cell) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with confidence in engaging senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, executive-level presentations (PowerPoint).
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling company sensitive information.

About the job

As Assortment Manager, you will have a key role in analyzing, planning, and optimizing Actona Group’s product assortment. You will ensure a balanced mix of bestsellers and innovative new launches, in line with our trend directions, and support our top customers with curated assortments. As the leader of the design team in Denmark, you will report to the VP Brand and work closely with the Brand team and external designers to shape the strategic development of our product offerings.

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Limited central oversight of the complete Actona Group assortment

  • Ensuring no overlaps across the Actona Group product portfolio

  • Analyzing, planning, and optimizing the assortment to meet market and customer needs

  • Balancing Bestseller products with innovative new launches

  • Help defining trend direction using sales data and market insights

  • Providing special support to top customers regarding curated assortments

  • Conducting segmentation analysis (good, better, best tiers)

  • Performing assortment and GAP analyses (quality, style, colors, category needs)

  • Deciding on assortment phase-out and new launch plans

  • Finalizing assortment plans, reviewing, and adjusting if necessary

  • Updating and documenting product data (SKU, price, family, etc.)

  • Leading the design team in Denmark

  • Working with external designers

Qualifications

  • Relevant experience in assortment management, product planning, or similar roles

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate market insights into actionable assortment strategies

  • Leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and guide a creative team

  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken)

Som vores nye økonomi assistent får du en central rolle i faktureringen og den daglige drift af finans. Du bliver en del af et team, der håndterer fakturaer i vores digitale proces flow system, både i forbindelse med lagersalg og global direkte containerforsendelser.

Dine ansvarsområder vil derudover omfatte:

  • Bogføring og afstemning af finansposter i vores ERP-system (Business Central)
  • Håndtering og bogføring af rejseomkostninger
  • Beregning og afregning af moms.
  • Måned- og årsafslutnings opgaver
  • Backup for kreditorbogholderiet
  • Ad hoc bogholderiopgaver og eventuelt andre opgaver i økonomiafdelingen

Du er detaljeorienteret af natur og trives med opgaver, hvor præcision og deadlines er vigtige. Du har erfaring fra en lignende stilling og er vant til at arbejde i digitale økonomisystemer.
