  • Build and manage a high-performing global e-commerce team fostering agility, accountability, and best practices.

What we hope you bring

  • Proven track record in global e-commerce leadership role, preferably within healthcare, Medtech, or industries closely linked to the public sector and therewithin regulations.
  • Experience scaling multi-market operations, with strong commercial acumen and P&L responsibility.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing compliance, UX/UI, CRM, analytics, and ERP/e-commerce platforms.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with ability to drive cross-organizational alignment.
  • Fluency in English; additional major languages (e.g., German, French, Spanish) are an advantage.
  • Preferred: Background in B2B or healthcare, omnichannel strategies, and familiarity with international trade regulations.

Your Team, Our Culture and Values

You will lead a newly formed team bringing together five complementary profiles within ABENAs E-commerce landscape (B2C, B2B and GOMP). We’re driven by a genuine passion for our work and a deep commitment to succeeding as ONE ABENA, knowing the positive impact we have on our end-users and communities.

Your leader at ABENA will be Regional Director Christian Ørum Madsen, who describes his leadership style as follows:
