THE WHY Foundation is a Danish NGO. From our office in Filmhuset in Copenhagen, overlooking Kongens Have, we use the power of documentary films to challenge misinformation and inspire fact-based conversations about human rights in Denmark and across the globe under the motto: “Changing the world one documentary at a time.”
Documentary films are the core of our awareness campaigns in schools, on TV, for global outreach and collaborations with producers from all over the world.
You will have a varied and dynamic role with a wide range of responsibilities. We are looking for someone who is highly organised, enjoys planning ahead, and thrives on coordinating projects across different partnerships, cultures and time zones.
You should have experience with post-production, dramaturgy, media law, collaboration with broadcasters and other partners as well as an interest in human rights and democratic education. With a strong editorial instinct, you will help identify compelling stories and maintain and strengthen our collaborations with partner organizations around the world.
You will be part of a small but committed team. As an NGO, we are not highly paid . On the other hand, we we offer a meaningful and varied workplace with the opportunity to make a real impact - and also to avoid boring routines.

Som projektchef får du en central rolle i udvikling og gennemførelse af byggeteknisk komplekse projekter, hvor krav til kvalitet, dokumentation, koordinering og myndighedsforhold er en naturlig del af opgaven. Du bliver en del af et stærkt fagligt miljø, hvor samarbejde, ansvarlig projektledelse og høj faglighed er centrale elementer i hverdagen.
En central rolle i komplekse projekter
Du arbejder i krydsfeltet mellem kundernes forretningsbehov, myndighedskrav og byggeteknisk rådgivning. Projekterne kan omfatte produktionsfaciliteter, laboratorier, tekniske anlæg og andre komplekse industribyggerier, hvor der stilles høje krav til både faglighed, kvalitet og koordinering.
Du får ansvar for udvalgte kunder og bidrager aktivt til udviklingen af Artelias ydelser og markedsposition inden for Pharma & Life Science. Samtidig driver du projekt- og fagledelse og sikrer sammenhæng mellem kvalitet, økonomi, ressourcer og kundens behov.
Din profil
Vi forestiller os, at du har solid erfaring som projektchef, seniorprojektleder eller en tilsvarende rolle inden for industrielt byggeri og regulerede miljøer. Erfaring fra Pharma & Life Science er en fordel, men ikke et krav.
Du har et højt fagligt niveau, arbejder struktureret og helhedsorienteret med fokus på kvalitet, økonomi og samarbejde.
Du trives med komplekse projekter, mange interessenter og høje krav til kvalitet, dokumentation og koordinering.
Du formår at skabe fremdrift og samarbejde på tværs af fagligheder og omsætte kundernes behov til konstruktive og realiserbare løsninger.

Du tilknyttes et fast arbejdssted i Holbæk eller København. Da rollen er projektorienteret, må du dog forvente, at en del af arbejdet i perioder vil foregå på et projekt primært på Sjælland.
